Yes this is a older hotel but no worries here. We had two rooms they were clean and came with things like the shower condiments, and a good grab and go breakfast. If you are trying to save money and not pay the high ridiculous other hotel prices then this Inn is great! I would stay here again for the money and room was clean.
I had a great stay at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites in Flagstaff! The location on historic Route 66 was perfect for our road trip, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and came equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge, which was very convenient. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice touch, offering coffee, juice, danishes, muffins, and bread. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and ample parking. Overall, a fantastic value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!
We reserved a room and checked in kind of late. The room was ground floor and had easy access. The first thing I noticed was that the room was very clean. The second thing? The train roaring by a few yards away. Once my daughter and I got inside and turned the cooler on it pretty much muffled the sound of the trains. There was no carpet so that was kind of a bummer. The reason I only gave it 4 stars was because the bathroom walls in the shower were crumbling a bit. We had 2 very comfortable queen size beds and slept great.
We had a wonderful stay at Americas Best Value Inn in Flagstaff! The Location on historic Route 66 was perfect and very conveniently located. Affordable, very clean, updated rooms and surprisingly quiet, considering its location. Owner and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, even saved me from a wardrobe malfunction by giving me a pair of earring backings for a concert we were heading to! Everyone in our party agreed…we will definitely stay here again! Fantastic job!

This hotel was clean and the rooms were cozy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The stairs are not suitable for pets so it's best to request a ground floor room if you have a pet. There is a good Chinese restaurant nearby but the street isn't the most pedestrian-friendly.
We came to Flagstaff and wanted to stay in a pet friendly room that wouldn't cost us a fortune. We stayed in the room 3 nights and it was a pleasant stay. Pros: 1)pet friendly for only an extra $20/night. 2) convenient location right off I-89/Route 66, with several stores restaurants nearby. 3) a dedicated pet area that has a table and chairs along with a poop bag dispenser and garbage. 4)Everyone we interacted with was amazing and super friendly. 5)They have a washer and Dryer on site for guests. 6)We were easily able to plug in and use our Roku on the TV so we were able to watch all of our own shows. 7)The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. 8)The rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave. 9) our room was very spacious and even had a small sofa and a small closet area off the bathroom. Cons: Really nothing major, but to nitpick: 1) The dog area has some red dirt so if it is rainy or snowy, the pup may leave red paw prints all over the floor. 2) The shower head in the accessible rooms is attached to the wall which may make it difficult for some disabled people to clean themselves. 3)This didn't bother us, but the hotel is right next to both the highway and railroad tracks and several freight trains go by at all hours of the day. 4)Again, didn't bother us with the availability of so many restaurants nearby, but some people may prefer more options for breakfast. The breakfast consists of Oatmeal, prepacked pastries, 2 kinds of cereal, and hard boiled eggs. For us we had an amazing stay and would 100% recommend this hotel and/or stay here again.
Located off rte 66 nice hotel. Upgraded. Had complimentary continental breakfast. Staff was very nice.
